How are my items shipped?

Within 1-2 days of placing your order, your order will be shipped from our facility and you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Our shipping fees are usually free depending on the product you're buying. 

How do I track my order?

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed (around 2-3 days, if it's a bit more just be patient we are on it ASAP!), you will automatically receive information about your order. We will also send you a tracking number with a site to track the whereabouts of your order.

Hey! I haven’t received my order yet, what shall I do?

My items arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact us at support@oysterclub.us and attach an image of the damaged product and we will immediately resolve your issues.
