Returns

Once an order has been fulfilled, we can’t reel it back in. But if your hat doesn’t fit quite right or you need to make a return, no worries—we’ve got you. Just contact us, and we’ll send over a return label. Ship it back, and once it lands safely on our shores, we’ll process your refund!

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 

Still waiting on your refund? Here’s what to do:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order sets sail and is marked as delivered, Oyster Club can’t be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. But we’re happy to help where we can! We’ll provide the delivery details—including the shipping carrier, tracking info, and delivery date—so you can follow up on your end.
